- Install and use the Software on the number of devices covered by your active subscription.
- Receive security definition and threat intelligence updates for the duration of an active subscription.
- Access technical support through authorized AntiMatter AV channels.
- Use the Software solely for lawful personal or organizational purposes.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by AntiMatter AV, you may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Software or license rights.
- Share license keys with unauthorized users or exceed permitted device limits.
- Circumvent security controls, licensing mechanisms, or usage restrictions.
- Use the Software for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
Subscription Terms
AntiMatter AV currently offers annual subscription plans unless otherwise specified in a custom enterprise or partner agreement. All subscriptions renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout.
Pricing Transparency
All pricing is displayed clearly before purchase. We do not charge hidden fees, and plan features are described on our website and checkout pages.
License Activation
Access to premium features requires a valid license key and an active subscription. License keys are bound to authorized devices in accordance with your selected plan.
Renewals
Customers receive renewal reminders before subscription expiration so they can review billing details and manage their plan before the next annual term begins.
Refund Policy

AntiMatter AV and its licensors retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary interests in and to the Software.
No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
AntiMatter AV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we continuously improve our security technologies, no cybersecurity product can guarantee the detection or prevention of every threat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AntiMatter AV disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntiMatter AV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
This includes, without limitation, damages related to data loss, business interruption, revenue loss, loss of goodwill, or security incidents originating from third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent activity or license abuse is detected.
- Applicable laws or regulatory requirements require termination.
Upon Termination
- All rights granted under the license cease immediately.
- The Software must be removed from all authorized devices.
- Continued use of the Software becomes unauthorized.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AntiMatter AV operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region require otherwise.
